Samuel Gaillard is the Chief Operating and Financial Officer of CWI Works, formerly Senior Service America, Inc. He is an experienced finance executive who has led the finance function for several nonprofit organizations including NAACP. Sam’s experience includes the development and execution of plans to increase financial strength, increasing organizational operating efficiency, acquisition of assets and management of working capital. Prior to working for nonprofit organizations, Sam spent over 20 years working in public accounting. He provided audit, accounting, consulting and tax services to a variety of nonprofit organizations specializing in organizations that receive their primary funding from government agencies. Sam has a B.A. in accounting from the Catholic University of America. He attained the CPA designation, is a Chartered Global Management Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants.
